Vivaha Bhojanambu

In a post dated 10 July 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Vivaha Bhojanambu, Secunderabad, on 8 July 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Expired stock

  “Chittimutyalu Rice (25kg) was found with Best Before date as 2022 and 500gms of Coconut Grates found with synthetic food colours. Stock has been discarded.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Raw food articles & semi prepared foods stored in steel containers were covered but not labelled properly. Few dustbins were not covered with lids.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers were not available.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Water stagnation observed in the drains inside kitchen premises.”

• Water

  “Water analysis report for the bubble water used as ingredient in food preparation and served to customers was not available.”
