  “Jeera Biscuit packet was found to be expired in 2023 and hence discarded. Cauliflower stored inside refrigerator was found to be fungal infested and hence discarded on the spot.”

  “Rose Cookies (Packed), Vinegar bottle were found without date of manufacturing & use by dates and hence discarded.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found open and overflowing without proper lids.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and pest control records for the establishment were not available.”

• Food handlers

  “Food handlers were found without haircaps and gloves.”
