The Spicy Beijing

In a post dated 15 July 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting The Spicy Beijing, Galleria Next Imperia Mall, Punjagutta, on 12 July 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Licence

  “FSSAI registration true copy was not displayed at the premises and the FBO is operating with registration even though his business comes under license category.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Raw food articles & semi prepared foods stored in steel containers were covered but not labelled properly.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found partially open and exit door is not close fitted to avoid entry of pests.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and pest control records for premises were not available.”
