The Nawaabs Restaurant

In a post dated 20 December 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting The Nawaabs Restaurant, Gachibowli, on 19 December 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Drain inside the kitchen is blocked and water is stagnated.”

  “Windows and doors of the kitchen do not have insect screens.”

  “Suspected rodent infestation as rodent excreta found in the store room.”

• Labelling

  “Raw chicken and mutton in refrigerators were not labelled. Onion powder (2 kgs) and Peri Peri mix (2 kgs) found in the store were also unlabelled.”

  “Open dustbins were found in the kitchen.”
