The Majlis Culture Cuisine

In a post dated 2 November 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting The Majlis Culture Cuisine, Attapur, on 1 November 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Expired articles of food like Fruit Syrup, Kewar Water, Fruit Crush were found in store room & kitchen. Hence discarded on the spot.”

• Pests

  “Premises found open directly to the outside environment without proper insect proof screen and doors are not closed fitted to avoid entry of pests.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for the food handlers not available with the FBO.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Food articles stored inside the refrigerator were not covered andnot labelled properly.”

• Colours and additives

  “Synthetic food colors suspected of being used in preparation of Non-veg Chinese items were discarded on the spot.”

• Records and certificates

  “Temperature records for the refrigerator were not found.”
