  “Food handlers inside kitchen were found without haircaps, aprons & gloves.”

  “Medical Fitness Certificates for food handlers & Water Analysis Report for RO water used for food preparation were not available with the FBO. Pest Control Records are available.”

  “Windows found open without insect proof screen to avoid entry of pests.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Walls found to be greasy and floor found uneven with broken tiles at few points.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Semi prepared food articles stored inside refrigerator were not covered and not labelled properly.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins found open without proper lids on them.”
