In a post dated 27 November 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Shahi Dastarkhan, Lakdikapul, on 26 November 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Walls were found to be greasy and ceiling found with shedding particles. Flooring found be patchy with broken tiles and water stagnation observed.”

  “Kitchen premises not fitted with insect proof screen to avoid entry of pests.”

  “Live cockroach infestation observed inside 1st floor kitchen premises.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired food articles like Mango Masala, Coconut Milk, Keora water were found in store room and hence discarded on the spot.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Drain water found stagnated in drains due to accumulation of food waste.”
