  “Windows near exhaust fan were found open without any insect proof screens.”

  “Food articles stored inside the refrigerator were not covered and not labelled.”

• Colours and additives

  “Synthetic food colours found hence discarded.”

• Pests

  “Live cockroach infestation observed and possible rat infestation observed rat faeces observed in shelves.”

• Expired stock

  “Paratha Packet found expired and hence discarded.”

• Food handlers

  “Food handlers were found without hair caps, gloves and aprons.”
