Poshnosh Lounge & Bar

In a post dated 2 February 2025, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Poshnosh Lounge & Bar, Road No 36, Jubilee Hills, on 1 February 2025 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Kitchen floor is not equipped with drains to remove food waste.”

  “Kitchen had an opening to the outside without window and insect proof screen.”

  “Veg and non-veg food, food and non-food items were found to be stored together. Food articles were found to be stored on ground.”

  “Expired and misbranded Sichuan Pepper found and seized – product of Bangkok but importer details not available.”

  “Packed Citric Acid (1kg) meant only for industrial use found in the storage.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired food items including Soy Sauce (1L - Sep 2024), Papad packets (18), Rasam powder (1kg - Jul 2024), Onion powder (Oct 2024), Kajun mix (Dec 2024), Mushroom (800g), Packed Methi (2kg) were found and discarded.”
