Park Bakers

In a post dated 12 September 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Park Bakers, Peerzadiguda, on 11 September 2024 and said further action would be taken. Its findings are quoted below.

The authority's words “Case will be filed based on the observations and further action will be taken accordingly.”

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and water analysis reports not available with FBO.”

• Pests

  “Windows and doors found open and not fitted with insect proof screens.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Cobwebs observed on walls inside kitchen premises.”

• Labelling

  “Cake base and prepared food articles were not labelled properly.”

• Pests

  “Live cockroach infestation observed in one of the kitchen room.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired Dark soya sauce, fruit mix syrup and Irish cream gourmet syrup were found. Hence discarded on the spot.”

• Food handlers

  “Few food handlers found without hair caps.”
