Nimrah Cafe and Bakery

In a post dated 30 May 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Nimrah Cafe and Bakery, Charminar, on 29 May 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Licence

  “The FSSAI License true copy was not displayed at any prominent location of the premises.”

• Food handlers

  “Few of the food handlers found without wearing any haircaps, gloves and aprons.”

• Premises hygiene

  “The premises at which the baking and aeration of baked products is done, is found to be open to external environment without proper insect proof screen and doors not close fitted to avoid entry of pests or flies.”

• Labelling

  “Food articles like Fresh Cream and pastry stored inside refrigerator without any label.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical Fitness Certificates for food handlers and pest control records for the premises not found with the FBO.”
