Nanking Chinese Restaurant

In a post dated 29 October 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Nanking Chinese Restaurant, Parklane, Secunderabad, on 28 October 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Kitchen floor, walls and ceiling found to be in unhygienic conditions and flaking observed on broken ceiling.”

• Pests

  “Dustbins were placed without lids and houseflies found all over the kitchen. Open drain running through the kitchen.”

• Food handlers

  “Few food handlers were found without hairnets, aprons and gloves.”

• Records and certificates

  “FoSTaC Trainee, Medical fitness certificates of food handlers, Water analysis reports and Pest control records not available.”
