Ming Ustad

In a post dated 29 July 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Ming Ustad, Hi-Tech City, on 27 July 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Licence

  “FSSAI License true copy was not displayed at prominent location inside premises.”

• Expired stock

  “Mushroom (200g) & Kasuri Methi (360g) were found expired and hence discarded on the spot.”

• Food handlers

  “Some of the food handlers were found without wearing hairnets.”

• Labelling

  “Semi-prepared food articles stored inside the refrigerator were covered but not labelled properly with preparation and Use by dates.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food articles were stored together inside single refrigerator.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found open without proper lids.”
