Mandi 36 Arabian Kitchen

In a post dated 24 March 2025, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Mandi 36 Arabian Kitchen, Banjara Hills, on 21 March 2025 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Premises hygiene

  “Flooring was found to be patchy at some places. Ceiling of the kitchen was found to be dark and sooty.”

  “Chimneys were found to be greasy, dusty and unclean. Exhaust are not fitted with meshses to prevent entry of insects.”

  “Iron Knives were found to be used in the kitchen.”

  “Grilling pans were found to be dark, greasy and unclean.”

  “Food articles in the refrigerator are covered but unlabelled.”

  “Few vegetables like mint leaves were found in spoiled condition and discarded.”

  “Few food articles were found to be stored on ground. Proper gap not left between the walls and the storage racks.”
