In a post dated 13 November 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting LS Bakers, Suryapet, on 11 November 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

• Premises hygiene

  “Open dustbins placed near the baking area.”

• Food handlers

  “Food handlers found without headcaps, gloves and aprons.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired sprinkling sprays found being used in cake. Excess synthetic food colour suspected to be used in baked items.”

• Records and certificates

  “Pest control records, Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and Water analysis reports not available with FBO.”
