Khan-E-Khas

In a post dated 27 November 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Khan-E-Khas, Lakdikapul, on 26 November 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Leftover food from the previous day was found in kitchen and hence discarded on the spot.”

  “Pest Control Records, Medical Fitness Certificates and Water analysis reports are not available with the FBO.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Flooring found patchy with tiles broken and water stagnation observed.”

• Pests

  “Premises is not fitted with insect proof screen to avoid entry of pests.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Refrigerator found in unhygeinic condition and veg & non-veg articles were stored together.”

  “Rat fecal matter observed on shelves used to store raw food materials. Possible rat infestation at the premises.”

• Premises hygiene

  “The design of the kitchen premises doesn't provide adequate working space and to carry out proper cleaning process.”
