Jodhpur Mithai Ghar

In a post dated 26 July 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Jodhpur Mithai Ghar, Begum Bazaar, on 26 July 2024 and said a notice would be issued. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Food handlers were found without any hairnets, gloves and aprons.”

• Labelling

  “Sweets and savouries meant for sale and kept on display were found without preparation dates and use by dates and not covered properly.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers and pest control records for the premises are not available with FBO.”
