Hydrate - The Bar

In a post dated 2 June 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Hydrate - The Bar, Lakdikapul, on 1 June 2024 and said a notice was issued. Its findings are quoted below.

• Expired stock

  “Expired food articles like Chilled Chicken Wings (10kg), Amul Peanut Spread (0.9kg), Pasta/Macaroni (5kg) were found inside kitchen premises and hence discarded.”

• Labelling

  “BBQ Sauce (4 units) found without importer label on it and hence seized.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found open without proper lids.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers not available with FBO.”

• Labelling

  “The semi-prepared food articles stored inside the refridgerator were covered but not labelled properly.”

• Licence

  “The FSSAI license true copy was not displayed at the premises.”
