Hotel Vamshi International

In a post dated 9 June 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Hotel Vamshi International, Nizamabad Town, on 8 June 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Cooked deep fried items found to be stored in refrigerator & were kept along with the raw materials.”

• Spoiled raw material

  “Fungal infected cashew nuts and grapes found and discarded.”

• Colours and additives

  “Added synthetic food colour to green piece discarded.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Walls and floors were improperly sealed. Water stagination at the kitchen premises.”
