  “Flooring found broken inside kitchen and possible harbouring of pests at the point suspected.”

• Food handlers

  “Some of the food handlers were found without hairnets and uniforms.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found open without lids.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical Fitness Certificates for food handlers not available.”
