Berlin Restaurant and Club

In a post dated 20 December 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Berlin Restaurant and Club, Atrium Mall, Gachibowli, on 19 December 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Water analysis reports, Pest Control Records, Medical records and FoSTaC Training certificates of food handlers were not available.”

• Expired stock

  “Expired products were found in kitchen and store such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Peanut Butter, Mushrooms and Chinese spice powder, Sesame Oil, Madras curry powder, Cajun spice ginger powder, Sweet corn and Blueberry Bamboo shoot. Hence, discarded.”

• Labelling

  “Unlabeled food items were found in the refrigerator.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Open dustbins were found.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Veg and non-veg food items were found in the same refrigerator.”

  “Cleaning solutions are stored along with raw food materials.”
