  “Expired bread packets and unlabelled ready to eat savouries were identified and destroyed.”

  “Excess synthetic food colours are suspected to be present in few food items like green peas and sev.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Open dustbins at placed near the food items.”

• Pests

  “No pest control management system witnessed.”
