  “Boiled rice (5kg) found stored in refrigerator and Coloured Chicken Mandi Pieces (2kg) were discarded.”

  “Proper hygiene not maintained within the cooking area and found to be open to outer environment.”

  “Closed dustbins not being used.”

  “Food handlers were found without proper hairnets and aprons.”

  “Cooked and raw food not covered with lids and exposed to houseflies.”

  “FSSAI license copy was not displayed at any prominent location of the premises.”
