In a post dated 27 November 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Bademiyan Kababs, Lakdikapul, on 26 November 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Cobwebs observed inside kitchen premises.”

• Labelling

  “Food articles stores inside the refrigerator were not labelled properly.”

• Records and certificates

  “Pest Control Records, Medical Fitness Certificates and Water analysis reports not available with the FBO.”

• Colours and additives

  “Synthetic food colors suspected of being used in kababs & Chinese items were found and discarded.”

• Food handlers

  “Food handlers were found without wearing hair caps and gloves.”

• Pests

  “Premises found open to the outside environment without proper insect proof screen to avoid entry of dust and pests.”
