  “Chicken was kept unwrapped in the refrigerator which may lead to cross contamination.”

  “Food handlers found without hair nets & gloves.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Veg & non-veg food products stored together.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Floors & walls were kept untidy. Kitchen premises was kept unhygienically.”

• Labelling

  “Unlabeled frozen prawns were found.”
