In a post dated 24 October 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting Agra Sweets, Ameerpet, on 23 October 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “FSSAI registration copy not displayed at the premises. Found operating the business with registration instead of state license.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dust bins found open in the store.”

• Food handlers

  “⁠Food handlers found without wearing headcaps, gloves and aprons.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “⁠Semi prepared food articles stored in the refrigerator were not covered and not labelled.”

• Expired stock

  “Food articles like Chivda (6 pkts) and Bhel (7 pkts) fount to be expired on 09-10-2024 found in the store. Hence discarded.”

• Labelling

  “⁠Unlabelled, ready to eat savouries found. Hence discarded.”
