In a post dated 22 August 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting 4M Biryani House Restaurant, Bholakpur, Musheerabad, on 20 August 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “Few food handlers were found without haircaps, aprons and gloves.”

• Pests

  “Kitchen premises was found open to the outside environment without any insect proof screen to avoid entry of pests.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Dustbins were found open without any lids & flooring found to be slippery.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical Fitness Certificates for food handlers were not available with the FBO.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Semi-prepared food articles were not labelled and not covered properly.”
