4 Seasons Multi cuisine Restaurant

In a post dated 4 July 2024, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana reported inspecting 4 Seasons Multi cuisine Restaurant, Tolichowki, on 3 July 2024 and did not report an action specific to it. Its findings are quoted below.

  “FSSAI license true copy was not displayed at premises.”

• Labelling

  “Misbranded items like Sweet Sounf, Fry Sounf and Potli ka Masala were seized for not having date of manufacturing/packed date.”

• Storage and refrigeration

  “Stored food articles were not covered and not labelled properly.”

• Records and certificates

  “Medical fitness certificates for food handlers were not available and upon enquiry FBO stated that diagnostic tests completed and awaiting certificates.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Kitchen premises was found open to the outside environment from one side without insect proof screen and doors are not close fitted to avoid entry of pests or dust. Open dustbins observed.”

• Premises hygiene

  “Water stagnation observed near cleaning areas and loose plastering flakes observed inside kitchen premises.”
